Bio:

Jessica Whitbread is from Toronto but is now based in Bulgaria. She’s an artist, policy-maker, and direct-action activist who has been a long-time advocate for HIV and gender justice. She created the annual global holiday Love Positive Women and the queer underwear dance party No Pants No Problem.
